7/19/2012 I finally gave up on these people and requested a charge back from my credit card company which will post back to my account after two days. Be sure to initiate the charge back within 60 days of your cancellation request, otherwise the credit card company will not be able to refund you (I used a VISA card).
7/13/2012 During some of my calls with better way auto, I have been told wild stories about corruption in their accounting department and FBI investigations.
I have been promised twice, by two separate employees, that my refund check is in the mail. On each occasion, I have been told about the wild stories.

6/22/2012 Don't believe the positive reviews, these reviews are simply updated and recycled.
I am still waiting on my refund which I'm not sure will happen....
