Mr. Reed,
I'm sorry you feel that way, but as mentioned, you compromised your shipment by "double-booking" with another company. I went out of my way to get you off of the board and the other company also said you were being dishonest. As we follow our rules, we cannot do business like that and had to un-dispatch you (again, our driver would not pick you up as you were double-booked, which would have resulted in a dry-run for him.) I'm sorry you feel this way, I never said I had been working day and night, I said simply the below:

Unbelievable, after you compromising my business and carriers, you were dishonest with me and Around The World Auto Carriers. I spent hours working on this with you and you admitted that you were the one who compromised your shipment. As such, we do not owe you a refund, sir.
