Dishonest as day is long

Booked my truck on the fourth of September.Anthony told me he had drivers in the Abalene erea everthree days.Every three days before I booked my truck.I was also told that there were drivers ready to pick up my truck the day i booked.Two eeeks later I cancelled per there contract.Once I sent the email,Lisa emailed me and told me that since she had been working day and night trying to find someone to transport my 1965 ford truck, that i would not receive my $150 dollar deposit back.IF SHE HAD BEEN WORKING DAY AND NIGHT SHOULDNT SHE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND SOMEONE TO TRANSPORT MY TRUCK??????.Lisa is rude,smart mouthed,has the mentality of a dog turd andnot much more.If you are looking for lies, never fulfilled promises and lots of headaches, then this is the company to call.

Mr. Reed, I'm sorry you feel that way, but as mentioned, you compromised your shipment by "double-booking" with another company. I went out of my way to get you off of the board and the other company also said you were being dishonest. As we follow our rules, we cannot do business like that and had to un-dispatch you (again, our driver would not pick you up as you were double-booked, which would have resulted in a dry-run for him.) I'm sorry you feel this way, I never said I had been working day and night, I said simply the below: team8183, Anthony Mr. Reed. Unbelievable, after you compromising my business and carriers, you were dishonest with me and Around The World Auto Carriers. I spent hours working on this with you and you admitted that you were the one who compromised your shipment. As such, we do not owe you a refund, sir.
