Had a need to get from Maryland to Maine, not the most popular route in winter. I decided to call Big Brothers because of their stellar reviews. Believe me, I was skeptical. Cathy offered to line up a carrier before she took my deposit, only my verbal ok to work with, and this was on a Sunday! She called back the next day, had someone coming my way and could pick up the car in three or four days! What a great surprise. The transport showed up on Thursday, and got my car to me the next day. Cathy at Big Brothers did a fantastic job lining things up. Oh, she also discounted her deposit because I had to pay a little more than the original quote.It had increased from $500 to $625 putting her in about the middle of all the quotes I received. No complaints here. Maybe these reviews are true.
