This particular movement of a vehicle was the 1st time I have had to use the services of someone outside of myself to move a vehicle. I contacted Kathy @ Big Brothers on a recomendation from the person I bought the vehicle from. From the beginning, I found Kathy to be pleasant to deal with and Most importantly to me, Communicative. I am very DETAIL focused. Having been retired from the trucking business since 1990 I knew how this should all work out and expected it to go as such. She searched until she was able to find a carrier that would be able to satisfy my needs, especially relating to delivery DAY and TIME. The drivers name was Chad as I remember and was a cut above my expectations.All went well with good communication from him as well. I have since then used the services of Big Brothers Transport for moving TWO more vehicles and am getting ready to move one more in the next week. All of the carriers Kathy has found to transport these trucks for me have impressed me with their focus on service. I have finally found the Only Broker I will need to contact for all of my future needs. That takes a great deal of pressure off of me so that I can focus on other areas of concern.
