First off, Cathy is absolutely top notch. She is professional and personable and as a first time person shipping a car, she was absolutely the right choice to walk me through the process. My vehicle was in New York on Manhattan, which I found was a bit difficult to get carriers to pickup there, so it did take a couple extra weeks to get things moving, which was a bit dissapointing. But Cathy, was always on top of it and I truly believe trying as hard as she could to make it happen for me. So my overall car shipping experience was almost excellent except my vehicle took a bit longer than I would have preferred, but Cathy and her service, was absolutely EXCELLENT!
