Cathy at Big Brothers was courteous, responsive and professional. Unfortunately, the carrier she chose, Luxury Motor Transport, demonstrated an appalling lack of care, skill and diligence. If ever I ship a vehicle through a broker again, I will insist that Luxury Motor Transport be avoided.
