Customer Service makes a diffrence

Shipping our 1970 Pontiac from Ohio to Texas seemed simple to us, but after getting quotes from $700 to $2400, and then getting directed to this review website, which is filled with horror stories, we were very nervous about the whole process. We used this website to check out different vendors, and Big Brothers had only posotive reviews. Big Brothers gave us a quote right in the middle which made us feel good, but what made the diffrence was Cathy. She spent tons of time on the phone with me explaining the process, reassuring me, and answering my questions. She made us feel like our car would be well taken care of, and it was. The company she brokered, Wheels Unlimited, was also excellent. Even after the original driver fell through enroute, they still got it to us when they said they would. The best was, whenever I had a question someone always answered the phone. On the few occasions they did not, I got a call back promptly. It is just nice to know that some people still care about more than the bottom line, they also care about their customers. Cathy at Big Brothers was great and so were the guys from Wheels Unlimited. I would recomend this group to anyone, and will use them again whenever I have the need. Thanks everyone for giving us a great experiance!
