What a wonderful experience I had transporting my vehicle from Wisconsin to Maryland. I emailed several auto transport business for estimates and finally, after much consideration, chose "Big Discount Auto Movers". Their estimate was just right for my limited funds. I contacted them on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 to request their services and was informed that I would not be charged a deposit until after an auto carrier could be secured. That put my mind at ease that they did not request any funds/deposit up front. In less than 2 hours, Big Discount Auto Movers informed me that they had secured a driver and he could pick up my vehicle tomorrow (Wednesday, May 26) and have it delivered to me on Thursday (May 27). I signed the contract and was given the name and number of both the transport driver (Kerry) and dispatcher. My vehicle was picked up on Wednesday (May 26) by the most wonderful, professional driver who was in contact with me upon pick up and while en-route with estimated delivery time. Kerry arrived at my front door, on time, with my vehicle just as I had left it/ no damage was done during it's travel and Kerry was paid the remainder of the balance. In less than 72 hours, I contacted, contracted and was reunited with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Big Discount Auto Movers & my driver "Kerry" to anyone thinking of transporting a vehicle. Call them first, for professional, courteous, fast, dependable service... you'll be so satisfied and glad you did, I am!!!
