My main requirement was to get my car delivered on a particular date, based on that I had left the pickup date to the transport company. Unfortunately the company that I chose assured me and tricked me into giving the order to them. They assigned the delivery to Blue Angels Express. The pickup was suppose to be on saturday but I did not get any calls till monday from driver who picked up my car on monday and told me no matter what the agent told me about delivery date but he has 2 weeks to deliver my car from the pickup date. Later I got in touch with Paul, manager at Blue Angels who worked with me through out the delivery process, keeping me informed of all situations. The truck broke down at one point which delayed my delivery. I did spend extra money for hotels because of this delay. But because of the honesty they showed by making me aware of all situations is what I liked and the reason why I will go with them again in future. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because my pick up date was delayed without informing me, and the delivery was delayed.
Had I direclty contacted them and knew about dates I could have planned it differently, so next time I will get in touch with them directly.
