You may have no control over which transport company your broker uses, but our broker used Bluebonnet which is one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with. They lead you on to believe that your vehicle has been transported only to be told that the vehicle hasn't even left the pickup point. We are still waiting on our vehicle with NO INFORMATION forthcoming and the vehicle is still in Texas. (We live in New York.) The customer service give you NO service and they could not care less about when the car is delivered.
