This order was assigned to three separate drivers and all were unsuccessful in loading the vehicle. The first carrier it was assigned to fell through due a lack of proper insurance. We accepted responsibility and immediately notified her and obtained a new carrier. The new carrier obtained cancelled the load because he was unable to gather other loads to go along. Again, we accepted responsibility and started working on finding a new carrier. We kept in contact with Mrs. Kately throughout everything and explained to her the difficulties we were having and what we were doing to fix it. A third carrier was obtained and when he attempted to load the vehicle on a Friday the party releasing her vehicle could not be reached until the following Monday. This time we were not at fault, still we told Mrs. Kately that we would find her another carrier. At that point she felt that we were at fault and did not wish to continue with our services. We refunded her deposit of $150.00 as she requested.
