Please help others by posting your experiece in this website, thanks!!!!!!!!!!

My estimated pick up date was 6-10, Feb 2008. However, my car has never been picked up. On 24 Feb 2008, I was then allowed to cancel the contract, very sad.

Anyway, I need to advise you all please read the contract carefully. The contract stated that you can only cancel the contract 7 days prior to the first day of the estimated pick up date, or unless BAM fails to assign a transporter within 14 days of the estimated pick up date.

At the beginning, Matt told me that their company has good insurance with those trucks, since my car is convertable, if oil leaks from other vehicle to my convertable top, I should get covered. When signing the contract, I was adding the note to make sure that the insurance will covered. However, the dispatcher Jason called and clearly told to me that it's not covered. Well, he is very straight and sounds dependable, so I accept the contract.

After signing the contract, I did call the company on day 7 to ask my car status. They told me that the original truck suppost to pick up my car has changed to not picking up my car. So, Blue Star has increased the bid by $50 more to get another truck. I was stupid enough to accept their explaination (common make up story). Well, once passing day 7, I can't cancel the contract but waiting. For your information, the company NEVER contact me prior 7 days after signing the contract.

Anyway, I was calling them so many times that they ensured me to have the car shipped soon, very soon. Finally, I know that they are making story again and again so I contact other companies, get higher quote and wishing to cancel the contract with BAM before going to the other company. Jason told me that their company can't refund the money and I have to wait 14 days of the estimated pick up date. Since my pick up date was 6-10 of Feb 2008, the company used the last day of the estimated pick up date plus 14 days!!!!! So, I stuck with the company!

Anyway, Jason advised me to increased the bid since the company already increased their bid once and the company is ONLY making $75. So, I increased my part for another $50 with the total of $675 instead of original quote of $625. Few days passed by and still no news. I told them to just cancel and refund my money since it's only 3 days left to be able to cancel my contract, the company WILL NOT refund the deposit eventhough the dispatcher knew that they can't get a truck for me.

Jason always telling me that it's not their company's fault if the company can't find a truck for my vehicle, sounds funny? The company has to make money so I have to increased my money to get a truck. The company has to make as little as $75 even the company can't cash their words to ship my car. I thought the company should take the responsibility if the company fails promisses to the customer.

I don't want to waste your time to read this butI don't want you to wait for 3 weeks with no car delivered! I'm taking my time here to tell the truth because I don't want ANYONE of you to have bad experience like mine. So, cheaper quote may not be the way to go, good luck!
