We have made several attempts to have the carrier reimburse the client for their damages. Unfortunately, the carrier (AAA Transportation) has yet to mail in his payment. We cannot force anyone to make a payment. Since this incident occured we have stopped assigning loads to AAA Transportation. We made every effort to accomodate the clients but could not resolve the matter in her favor. We do suggest legal action.
