This review is unwarranted. The customer did advise us of her location in mountains, and she was aware of the fact that the driver would potentially run into some issues picking up her vehicle due to the terrain. She sent us an email suggesting that a pick-up in Highland, CA would actually work better for both her and the driver. With that said we changed the original pick up location, as per her request. After dispatching the order to a carrier, the customer changed her mind and sent us email demanding the pick to be at her front door. We explained to her (although she already knew) why it is difficult to send a 10-car hauler to her home in the MOUNTAINS. She complied and left the vehicle at her friend’s place. The new point of contact was uncooperative with the driver, whom already delayed his route by hours to accommodate her schedule. The driver had to carry on with his own schedule, and the order had to be re-dispatched. This vehicle was picked up and delivered as per our contract within the 1 to 5 day window for the pick-up and 7 to 10 days for the delivery.
