I contacted this company LAST MINUTE after cancelling with Total Car Shipping because of their poor customer service and tired of the run around. Jay was my first point of contact and he was straightforward, handled paperwork quickly the Friday before Memorial Day. May 22 at 942am was my first email from Jay. At 232pm same day, I received an email from Nicole with the carriers contact information and pick up dates. This was indeed a big relief for me because I was on a very tight schedule. The carrier company picked up my truck on date promised with a delivery date of 28May. Overall, Total Car shipping saved me from dealing with stress over the Memorial day weekend and i would use them again when I need a vehicle shipped. Jay and Nicole were awesome. Nicole constantly contacted me when i didn't hear from the carriers and after I didn't receive my truck on the 28th. The truck did break down that following Monday, the company called and told me, but i did tell them to let me know soon if he would be able to get it fixed because i needed to get a rental car. Instead, they notified me late in the evening and i was unable to reserve a car. Rest assured, Nicole called me that following morning to see if I received my vehicle and I told her about the truck and the company hadn't informed her of the situation. She called them, called me back and told me my car would be here today (Tuesday). It arrived!! The driver did apologize for the delay and he was very friendly during the pick up.
