We encountered an issue with getting the car picked up. The day before our cross country move we were informed that they may not be able to get transport for our car, due to a double listing on some "list" that is posted on the internet. Apparently some other company that we got a quote from had left our car on the list for a lesser amount causing no bids on our current lisitng. The company was able to transport our vehicle but it arrived in Nevada several days before we did. There were storage fees involved which we paid as it was a last minute change. The company upon our request split those storage fees with us. It was a very stressful situation but the company made good and our car arrived in great condition (dirty but safe).
