My my Navy daughter is returning from an extended deployment and wanted the car to be there upon here return. Only one of her two roomates is still in the states and he is about ready to deploy. The problem was, who would be able to accept the vehicle if it did not arrive when promised. Also to minimize confusion, if the her remaining roomate was under way or unavailable because of reasons beyond his control, how would he get the money to a secondary reciever whom I did not even know.

Matt assured me that everything possible would be done to meet the schedule. Also to minimize confusion I nervously decided to PRE-pay the driver cash. The driver Brando was prompt, professional and delivered the car on time with no hiches.

Thanks to all, including the Connie, the dispatcher for a job well done.
