I was in a bind and had booked with another company, which promised to p/u my car within 5 days. My car sat in Florida for almost 10 days before I was able to cancel my order. I called Blue Star and Mike told me that he could p/u by the following Monday and put me on the first available list. 3 hours after signing a contract I received a call from a driver named Greg who told me he would be there to p/u my vehicle tomorrow afternoon. The driver was willing to pick the car up from my work and delivered it to Los Angeles in 7 days. Blue Star took care of the jam I was in and I will definitely be using them on my return trip to FL in October.
