I spoke with the customer yesterday, who was very upset that his vehicle had not been shipped yet. I explained to him that he has an unpopular route and it is difficult to find a driver for the transport within the designated time that he expected the vehicle to be moved. We have made calls to several drivers, but at this time they are unavailable for this specific route. We are still actively working on the order, by the customer's request. He did not wish to cancel the order. If so, we would have gladly returned his deposit since we were unable to meet the requested time frame.
