Your order was taken at the close of business Friday and you spoke with a dispatcher on Monday (the first day our company was open for business after the order). Aside from that, it is a shame the salesperson you spoke with said that a carrier was already assigned when there was none assigned and after review of the file the $100 credit of the deposit was returned back to your billing information on file. The sales person has also since been reprimanded and we look forward to changing your opinion of our company in the future.
