I scheduled a car pick-up two months in advance and called as the date approached to confirm. Peter assured me they would have a driver ready. However, they never called to provide an update, constantly promising it would happen "tomorrow."
Eventually, Peter admitted they had no drivers available. When I requested to cancel, he falsely claimed he only found out the previous day, despite my having receipts proving otherwise.
Their service is deceitful and unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs.
