George came on 06/27/13 and took my car.
When he got into my car it was already on but he tried to start it anyways which I understand that it can be a human mistake. The problem is that my car is with a stick shift and when he saw that he can't put it on revers he put so much power on the stick shift that it felt like he is about to break it, I yelled at him and told him that if he don't know how to drive a stick shift he can just ask me and not break the gear.
I sent an email to Edgar the broker and told him that if anything will happen to the car I see the company as a full responsible for the damage.
On Sunday, 7/1/13, George called me and left me a message and said that my car will get to my house the next day between 9 am to 12 pm.
On the next day, I called George and he said that he is on the way. I returned the rental car and waited for the car.
At 1 pm George came and I saw that my car is all full of scratches, the license plat is gone and it's all looks in a very bad condition.
When I asked George what is going on he just laughed at me (the only reason I can think is that he thought that since I'm a woman he can trick me), when I saw that there is no one to talk to I called the broker and he told the broker that it will cost around $200 and that he will take my car and will bring it back to me fixed, I explained him that I already returned the rental car and that I'm stuck and have no way to get back to work so he said he will send me to one of his friends to fix it, I told him that I don't mind doing that but then he said that the friend is an hour and a half away, i told him that it is too far and I don't mind to go somewhere near my place but not to drive so fa, I also suggested to go to a few places to get a quotes for fixing the damages and that he will pay for it, he just yelled and all of a sadden said that it wont cost more then a $100 dollar, the broker that was on the phone all this time yelled at him and told him that he said a few minutes ago $200 and not $100. At this time I saw that it's not going anywhere and i'm already an hour and a half late to go back to work so I agreed to take the $100.
THIS IS A FRAUD!!!!!! I trusted him with my car and now I need to pay for all the damages!!!!!
I will never use this company again!!!!!!!!!
