I recently used a broker National Auto Transport to hire a carrier to move a vehicle from New York to Florida. They guarantee fully insured. The transporter they used Bridgewater Auto Transport 2 Corp had their license revoked in early September and carries no insurance but maybe liability. Yes, they damaged the vehicle and now neither company will return a phone call or give any insurance information. Mr. Gonzales from National hung up the phone on me when I got upset that he wouldn't provide any insurance information and Roger Williams of Bridgewater never returns a phone call. When I called the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration they told me Bridgewater had their license revoked and was not allowed to transport vehicles. If you ever have a similar problem please contact then at www.safersys.org and the Safety Violations Bureau at 888-368-7238 and begin to build a case. You can also use All American Agents of Process @ 888-447-9118 to file and begin process of a legal case or Truckers Process Agents of America @ 800-999-0990. It seems the only way that people will actually respond is when you file a court case against them.
