My car was picked up in Boynton Beach, Fl by Bright Auto Tranport, Inc. on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 for delivery to Ocean, NJ. I took a photo of the speedometer before the car was put on the carrier. The company promised delivery Friday, August 14th. They phoned and said they had the car, described the car, then said although the car was the same make, model and year, it was not my car. WTF? I could not reach them on Saturday, because they are religious Hassidic Jews and do not answer the phone. Bottom line, When the car was brought to my home there was 80 additional miles the car fuel was on empty! Was a little less them have a tank when I dropped it off. Ready? A rabbi was driving my car to the front of my home. It's humorous in a way, but he adamantly denied there were additional miles on the car although I had proof. He told me the carrier was on exit 106 on the Garden State Parkway, which 1., does not allow auto transports among other type trucks, and 2., there is no Exit 106! So dishonest, liars, unprofessional, scam artists. I cannot stress enough to fellow consumers if you use a broker, get all the information you can about the car carrier they will be assigning you. Do not use this company ever! They should have their license revoked!
