I needed to transport a car from my mom's estate from Ohio to California. Although I'm an Angeleno, I could arrange to be in Cleveland to coordinate the vehicle pick-up - but only had a window of a day for this to happen. Brightstar moved the sun and the moon to coordinate this for me. Just as they promised, the driver showed up at exactly the time stated, and I was able to get the car on the truck and on its way, much ot my relief.
The car was delivered to my California house two days sooner than I thought it would, much to my delight.
The driver was a gentleman, and Anna at Brightstar was just amazing. I strongly recommend this company to you. I never shipped a car before, and they made it totally painless.
For those of you who are thinking about shipping a vehicle (versus hiring someone to drive it - or, God forbid, driving it yourself, think about shipping. It's painless, inexpensive and easy.
