Worst company ever! I used them to transport my Jeep Wrangler 2022 from Indianapolis to Miami 8/24. Initially signed a contract for $500, the day before pick up they increased the price to $900. The driver Benny assured me my car would arrive Saturday evening, as I was starting work that Monday I was anxious but trusted him! I have a tracking device on my car. The arrived in Miami Saturday at 2300, but not to my home, the driver would not answer my calls, I reached out to to Brian several times expressing my concerns and frustration, I was patronized and ignored. After multiple attempts the driver called me late Sunday stating he had car trouble’s and wasn’t in Miami yet ( NOT TRUE) long story short, the driver was involved in a car accident, my Jeep was damaged and as of today it has yet to be repaired. The driver has been avoiding my calls and the broadway has NEVER acknowledged any of this! Not even an apology! I would NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!
