I was using another broker and having trouble with very few offers that were also much higher than the initial quote, several days into my window. I only had another day or two before I had to leave so I was worried. I went back and found a quote in my email from Thomas and called him later in the evening when the other company had said they were closed for the night. Within 20 minutes he found me an offer that worked great. Everything went smooth with the driver he selected for me. Thomas is professional and I would highly recommend him and Brookwide.
