Some Confusion on 48 Chevy

After my initial contact with Darla at BAT, pickup was supposed to be after 1/3/08. After waiting for 7 days and no response, called Jam'e at BAT and explained that I would like confirmation of pickup of vehicle. Jam'e said she would check and call me right back which she did. She did more for me in an hour and a half than Darla did in 7 days. I understand there was a problem with new offices being opened where Darla is at. Jam'e arranged to have my car picked up that same evening I called her and the car would be delivered within a few days. The car was picked up the evening of 1/10/08 and delivered early AM of 1/14/08. Would definately use BAT again as long as I could use Jam'e as contact for BAT. Thank you Jam'e!!!!!
