Teriana contacted us about her quote on February 20,2008. She placed her order that very same day but the vehicle was not available to pickup until February 28th. Before she even placed her order we explained that the pickup time is 5-7 days. That would make the estimated day for pickup on March 3-5. We had a driver that was dispatched to load the vehicle on the 4th of March. The following day he cancelled. We cannot prevent or forsee things such as this, so we did the best we could. I started looking for another driver that very same day and found one for pickup on the 7th. I had to pay this driver the enitre $295.00 to get the vehicle moved. So we made nothing. but still did our job without asking her to pay anymore. Most companies would not do that. As for the poor communications, I responded to every email that I received from Teriana in a timely manner. I also explained to her that the reason I was not in the office was due to an emergency surgery that I did not expect. Even so, I still took the time to respond to her and make phone calls on her vehicle. Her car was picked up on the 7th and delivered within 24 hrs on the 8th. You really cant complain about that. Many companies would have picked up the phone and asked for more money that would go in their pockets. Browns Auto Transport quoted $295.00 and we STUCK TO IT, regardless of the fact that we made nothing. We cannot prevent everything and we did the best that we could in this situation. We regret the fact that she has placed such a comment.
Thank you,
