First, I would like to express my gratitude to Darla at Brown's Auto transport for getting my truck delivered back to me as promised on Saturday. What started out as a pleasure trip to see my newly born grand daughter turned into a nightmare when my truck caught on fire hundereds of miles from my home. Thus when I set out to determine what to do in this unfortunate situation to get my vehicle back home, in my search I met Darla at Brown's auto transport who reassured me that everything would be ok. Her follow up and reassurance helped me deal with this unfortunate experieence and it was greatly appreciated.
I also want to bring to your attention the quality and concern that your driver took with delivering my vehicle back to me. He as promised came directly to my home to drop the vehicle off, and was extremely courteous and helpful in unloading the vehicle.
