Contacted company almost 2 months ago to arrange for 2 cars to ship from Fl to OR. Received receipt for transport which was to occur on the 2 or 3rd of June. Spoke to Kelly last week and she confirmed arrangements; told me she'd call the end of this week to give me driver, date and time. Never heard from her. I called again yesterday and had a return call from Jackie. She told me that I could not have spoken to Kelly (which I did - she even gave me her personal cell number) cause Kelly had been on medical leave for awhile. I assured her I spoke to Kelly. Jackie then told me there was no record of my order and she couldn't find any information about where we were leaving from or taking the cars to. I read out to her our order # which has a quote, the dates and even...... where the cars were coming from and going to!! She then said she'd try to arrange something for me... haven't heard back from her. If I hadn't made all these arrangements 2 months ago and had waited until the last minute, I might have some understanding. For people moving across the country - we don't need this kind of stress and anxiety, as well as extra expense to make other arrangments at the last minute.
