I've never used a transport service before. Darla walked me through the process. There was a slight delay on the vehicle seller's part as he waited for my check to clear. Once that happened, Darla was all over it. The transport was fully arranged within a day or so, the pick up was on time. On the other end, here in California, I got a call from the driver a day prior to expected delivery to go over the details. The arrived right on time. Brown's price for moving this vehicle from Michigan to San Diego was rock bottom, especially considering increasing fuel costs. Thanks for a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brown's Auto Transport again. Gary Priest
