Hi Terry, Thank you for your review. We do appreciate it. Your review doesnt really explain what took place exactly. Our quote to you was for $800.00. You then kept requesting it be done for lower and "named your price" at $645.00. You were told that we would do everything we could to get it done for that price but that we could not guarantee it at the lower quote because it wasnt our original price. We did have a driver on tuesday for the $800.00 that was orgianlly quoted to you but you wanted to continue to try for the lower amount. So we continued to work on it. Even after you posted this negative review you sent us an email stating how you are not mad or upset at all. So I question why this was even done? We quoted you a price, you didnt like it and wanted us to try for lower so we did. We couldnt get it moved for the lower price that you wanted so we let you know. Im really not sure what else we could have done here. Again thank you for your review and I wished we could have done something different to make you happy as that is our ultimate goal.
