Auto Vermont to Texas - Holiday Season

My son recently (Nov/Dec) was temporarily located in Vermont and I am located overseas. I needed to ship my son's car from VT to Texas by a certain date. I contacted approximately 5 auto transport companies and Brown's Auto Transport was by far the most responsive and professional. Auto pick up in a slightly remote state (VT), during the end of year holiday season is challenging. Kyle and Jam'e were always there to work with me on the possibilities and status. They communicated with me regularly and timely which was excellent considering that our time zones were nearly 12 hours apart (they went an extra mile). Their honest, factual, professional approach and continued communications allowed me to make decisions which gave them the ability to provide the service I needed at the time that it was required. They stayed connected all the way through the process of delivery of the automobile. I probably have not had better service from anyone in any industry in many years. I would not call any other company to move my car! Steve Watson
