Unfortunately the situation did not start off the way you would want, not from anything that the transport company caused, the truck that was transported was supposed to have a key at the pickup location and didn't. This made it a bit harder to load and unload. With that said they worked with me to let me know what was going on and the issue, George my customer service rep informed me regularly of the status of the truck and I couldn't have asked for better service. Even the driver when he arrived was super friendly and helpful with the move. I honestly couldn't hope to work with a better set of people.
