Great contract and personality with Alex. Helpfull and informative and reassuring. Vehicles picked up earleir then expected so we thought would be on time in Hawaii. WRONG!!!

Deliverytime in Hawaii and no vehicles. No computer tracking with Budget.
I called everyone a had a phone number for tracked down the driver: I found that the vehicles were still in Indiana on the same truck that picked them up a month before and it had a blown engine and would take a couple weeks to get the engine in and the driver Jeff could bring in to California. So much for thier guarantee they would put it on another truck after a mechanical breakdown...not even a courtesy call. Now we have a $500.00 week rental car at short notice extension and still no idea if our vehicles are in good shape, or for that matter being driven around. Nor when or even IF our vehicle s will arrive.

We were given updates after first posting this review. The vehicles were still in Indianapolis. Then they were in New Mexico. Then they were in Arizona. Then on August 5th, three weeks after they were suposed to have arrived in Hawaii, they were dropped off at the house they were picked up at in Indianapolis, and keys given to our neighbors. They stank. My neighbor says they smell like they have been lived in. No refund, and the shipper then tried to get my review knocked off this page saying we were not thier clients, even with all the e-mails sent to us, etc. Bad, bad Budget Shipping.
