After a very bad experience with another company I called Budget Auto Shipping and spoke with Alex. He was very nice and professional and once I decided to trust him, (I was a bit untrusting because of the last company) he worked on getting me a carrier immediately. He did NOT take a deposit until I had a carrier! He gave me the driver's number and the driver picked up my vehicle the very same day. Needless to say I was impressed. I was told 7-10 days but it ended up taking about 14. I would definitely use them again though! Alex answered every question I asked him very quickly and I never felt neglected as a customer. Thanks for everything!
