Bulldog initially promised a ship date with in my time frame and said they would call when they had a truck. The first time
(8/11) the truck never materialized and the company was unreachable by phone on the pickup date. We waited all day with no info and no contact. The excuse was that there was a similar car being shipped by another company that somehow prevented the driver from picking up mine. The next scheduled pick up (8/17) also did not happen as there was a date set and then no confirmation call- leaving me in the dark once again as to whether my car would be picked up. Again the company was unreachable by phone - voice mail only. The excuse was the same and Bulldog indicated that it wouldn't be cleared up until the 'mixup' was settled with the drivers. There was no excuse given for the lack of phone contact except that they were very busy. I decided to cut my losses and did receive a prompt charge back on my deposit so that was luckily not an issue.
