The initial email made it all sound so perfect. "We use our own trucks and drivers for your service!" Yeah, ok. Anyways, it was always incredibly difficult to reach Bernie by phone or email. At least until it was time to collect the initial deposit. That was the ONLY time that Bernie was quick to respond to me. I was told my car would be picked up 6/17 or 6/18. I had to written both days so my fiance was waiting at home all day on both days but no one ever showed up or called with any type of explanation. The one time that I was able to reach Bernie, all he could tell me was that the driver was late. No, really? The car was not picked up until 5pm on 6/20 after being told the driver would be there at 10am and then 1pm.

One plus: car was actually delivered on time. But it was only on the date on delivery that I was told the only firms of payment was cash or money order, neither of which I had until 10 minutes before the driver arrived at running to a nearby atm. Yet another surprise: Bernie informed me 20 minutes before the driver arrived that I had to pay $75 more than originally discussed because he was going to issue a credit back to my account for that amount. So I paid the extra $75 fully expecting to see that credit in 1-2 business days as Bernie told me I should. It's been 8 total days since my car was delivered and I have not seen any refunds to my account. I have been calling and leaving voice mails everyday since then asking for some type of explanation as to why I have not gotten my money yet. No answer, no call back, nothing. But I will continue to call everyday until I get my money.

I urge anyone who reads this to not go with this company. The lack of communication is atrocious. If someone (Bernie) had just called me with a reason for the delay instead of just me having to constantly call him, I woukd not be this upset. Instead he let me sit and wonder when the next move would be made. I'm going to find every site available to make my displeasure known. I hope I can save even one person from putting up with this nonsense.

We sympathize with the experience, but it has to be clear that management made an aggressive attempt to make this right for the customer. Vehicle was picked up late but the vehicle was shipped securely on an enclosed carrier that typically cost up to 80% more. Furthermore, the price difference was reimbursed as soon as management became aware. Our terms are very clear on potential delays due to weather or traffic. Contrary to the message in this review, we did everything in our power to ensure that the vehicle was transported by a licensed and insured carrier as soon as possible.
