Bernie, the dispatcher, was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. The driver was very professional as well. My car was picked up on time and delivered promptly. I have not checked it yet since I have not gotten to Miami yet. But from what the person who received the car told me, all is well.
With all that said, I will definitely use this same company in the future and recommend it to my friends.
