My first transport experience, and from my research BEFORE arranging this, it went quite well. Carla at Bullseye (owner) answers phone herself, so immediately I had a good feeling about things. There was a delay in pickup of a couple days, but , again, that goes with the territory, and I understand why. A lot of variables and people involved in picking up and delivering a lot of vehicles from/to a lot of places.

Again, we are talking about only a couple days, and stories I read of other companies were discussing weeks of delays. Upon arrival, delivery vehicle limped in to town with a wheel problem on a Tuesday. I had talked to driver on Sunday and he already had a problem with his wheel then, but got to Chicago, knowing that I had a deadline of Wednesday A.M. to have vehicle in my possession...long story. Once in to Chicago he said it wouldn't go any further, and he was still 50 miles from my home (the destination). So he volunteered to drive his own auto to get me, and bring me to my vehicle. Yes, a slight inconvenience, but no biggie. They could easily have stopped and made me wait for repairs to be done...maybe days.

I'd do it again.
