I've never shipped a vehicle before, but Carla was very knowlegeable and helpful regarding the process. There was a software glitch which showed an incorrect balance, but that was quickly resolved. It showed up again (no fault of hers) with vehicle delivery and Carla quickly called the carrier to straighten things out, then stayed on a 3-way call with me to ensure everything was fine. I will have to ship my Sport trac back next October and I will be calling Carla to arrange the trip back. I can happily recommend Bullseye.
