My wife and I moved from New Jersey to Houston, TX in August. The experience is good. Carla is very nice. The process is smooth and car was in good condition when it arrived. The only thing I feel not very good is that the driver didn't give me a choice of pick up time. He called me on Friday afternoon and asked me to pick it up at the same day, which kind of disturbs our plan last night. Next time, I wish he could call the owner some time earlier and offer some choices.
