Carla was great, but cars were late

We just moved two cars from Michigan to Washington state because we are moving. Carla worked very hard to find us a transporter and they were picked up in Michigan two days after we made them available. They were scheduled to arrive 7 days later in Seattle, but we didn't get them until 12 days after pickup. We waited in Seattle with our one year old son and no car. Apparently the cars made it to Washington State quickly but then sat in Spokane, then went to Portland (out of the way) and finally to Seattle. No apologies from NAO transport (the carrier) for the delay. When the cars arrived the driver tried to make us meet him 22 miles south of the city even though we paid for door-to-door transport. We refused and he came closer. We got both of our cars and though in good condition they were covered in oil from the cars dripping above. The driver said that's normal in an open carrier but we have had them washsed and scrubbed them ourselves and it still won't come off. So, our cars made it as promised but it was not the smoothest or best process. I would use Bullseye again because Carla was so helpful but I would hope for a more prompt, cleaner delivery the next time.
