I decided to use Bullseye Auto Transport based on the ratings placed on this site. Having had a very bad auto moving experience a few years ago, I was nervous about the quality of service that I would receive moving a BMW convertible cross country. I am happy to report that working with Carla at Bullseye was great and I would most definitely recommend her!
That was not to say that the expereince was not without incident. Carla worked very fast to schedule pick-up of my car. Unfortunately, the mover that she initally picked (Sebation Auto Transport) was entirely unsatisfactory in a) meeting their scheduled pick-up time and b)customer service. The experience became so uncomfortable that Carla had to ultimately intercede and cancel them. The replacement company, however, BMC Auto Transport was perfect. They were polite, arrived as scheduled, put our car on a single level mini-carrier (we were concerned about oil leakage on the canvas top) and arrived 5 days later at our doorstep with our car in pristine condition.
I am extremely happy and will definitely use Bullseye agin if needed. Carla is top notch at customer service and BMC was great!!!!
