Shipping my sons car to his college

This was our first time to ship a car in this manner and I called a number of businesses for quotes and answers to my many questions and I settled on Bullseye primarily of Carla's patience in answering my many questions and I called several times and her answers rang true to me even though this was our first experience.

I gave ourselves about a 2 month window and as we got closer to the departure date needed to get the car there a carrier had not been found. Carla was a good communicator during this time of "running out of time" and when I had given up and made a decsion to just drive to Virginia she called and low and behold a carrier was found.

The carrier personnel were also a good communicators and arrived at our home within the window of time that he said he would. The lead fellow did a walk around our vehilce noting any "bumps and bruises" on our Toyota on the outside and then on the inside as well. He encouraged us to assist him in documenting the condition of the car. Very professional. Our Toyota was the last one to be put on the auto trailer and all of the other cars were high dollar cars, jaguars, corvettes, BMW's etc, but they treated our humble 1996 Toyota like it was a Rolls Royce. Ii was apparant to me that the 2 guys who were by the way owner operators of thier rig treated us right and were meticulous in thier care of our vehicle and the others on the trailer and they were equally patient with my many questions. The owner- operators gave us thier cell phone number and encouraged us to call anytime.

As soon as the car arrived on campus the two fellows called and let us know they were there and while they were there I contacted the university police to confrim and everthing was consistent.
When we arrived on campus the car and contents were just as they were when they loaded us up.

Our experience was a very positive one and I would do business with Carla and Bullseye in a heart beat and would reccomend them without reservation.
