This was the first time that I'd ever done anything like this and was a little nervous but, without a doubt, C.A. and the driver Rick with Narrow Way Towing, put my mind at ease. Not only did Rick call a couple of times to check in and keep me posted on where my new toy was (he gave me his cell number / weather was horrible), C.A. called me to touch base as well. He knew I was a rookie and he made it alot easier for me.
Once Rick showed up, he let me know it'd take a little more time than normal because the wheel base on the VW was narrower than typical and he needed to be extra careful. After off the trailer, he recommended me on how to wash the car in several steps to keep the finish in best shape. I learned from his suggestions.
C.A. called me later that night to see how everything went as well. Very impressed.
Without a doubt, C.A. will be the first person I call when transporting anything.
