This was my first experience with shipping a car. I found the experience to be very pleasant and easy. I called on a Monday and it was picked up Wed. CA was very informative about how exactly the process worked and what I needed to do. We were sending a car to my kids so this was a personal transaction and he made me feel comfortable about the whole thing. He was in contact several times to keep me informed, even as I was driving back home after the pick up. Max the driver was also very kind and called me way in advance so I would know exactly when to be there. My daughter was driving me back and her car wouldn't start so he gave us a jump, which was very nice. Leah the dispatcher was also in contact so needless to say, I felt very taken care of. I would definetly recommend them!
