Following my earlier post here on January 1, 2010, I retained legal counsel to assist in recovery of the losses resulting from CAA's damage to my vehicle during transport from the State of California to the State of North Carolina. I have since obtained a default judgment in court against both CAA and their driver. If CAA chooses to persist in ignoring this matter as they have consistently done thus far, I will instruct my attorney to take appropriate action for enforcement and collection of this judgment with the assistance of local authorities in the County of Los Angeles.
