EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company is very unprofessional and does not care about customer service. Their delivery commitments change and they do not hold themselves accountable or responsible for any adjustments that need to happen so the delivery can actually be made as agreed. The driver who delivered my daughter’s car was very irate when we were not at the delivery site because he got there 1 hour early from the time he confirmed the day prior. He was yelling on the phone and hung up on my daughter and myself SEVERAL times when we told him we are not there yet since he arrived 1 hour early, but were only 5 minutes away and will be there shortly. When we finally received the car much later in the day because he did not want to wait for us to get there earlier (we had to re-arrange our busy schedule to accommodate the change he made), he was unprofessional, abrupt, yelling and even told us we should get a new car while we were inspecting the car for any damage. He even called my daughter an as*h**e… !! Yes, that’s right, he cursed out of his window yelling at her when we drove away. Wow! I have never seen true unprofessionalism from a company which has a business of providing service to customers. It is very likely we will have cars shipped from CA to FL again in the future but would NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone.
